“I want to be envied.”
Like.. I want someone to see me and think “Man, she’s gorgeous.” “She’s really cute.” “Her hair looks amazing.” and for just that one moment, be absolutely genuine. I’m sick of hearing people compliment me with the fake sneer in their voice. Don’t they realize it’s obvious and hurtful?
I try sosososososo hard to not give two fucks about other people’s opinions, but feeling invisible and insignificant make it so damn hard.
